 Hill Farm Fresh Wild Yam Balancing Cream is crafted in small batches from quality ingredients.

 Ingredients include herbal-infused virgin olive oil, unrefined shea butter, mango butter, hexane-free castor oil and Clary Sage and Frankincense essential oils.  Our carefully formulated cream contains wild yam root dried herbals as well as Wild Yam Root extract, Chaste Tree, Red Clover and Marshmallow Root.

Please Note 

Our Wild Yam Cream is made with a blend of whole-plant botanicals, and sometimes those herbs make a gentle appearance in the jar. You may notice tiny specks or variations throughout the white cream - this is completely normal and simply a sign of a truly natural herb-rich formulation.

Directions for use: 

Use consistently and give it time for optimum results (2-3 months).

For women: Use twice daily until your period starts, then re-start the cycle. 

For Premenstrual  or Peri Menopause symptoms: apply 2 pumps of cream alternating application sites between neck, décolletage, breasts, inner upper arms, abdomen and inside of thighs.  Use once or twice daily. You can apply the cream three weeks out of the month, taking a 7 day break from the first day of your period. If you have irregular periods, just stop using cream for 7 days on the first day of period.    For maximum absorption,  rotate application sites.

For Menopause: apply 2 pumps of cream to a soft tissue area of the body, inner thigh or abdomen, once or twice daily. For maximum absorption,  rotate application sites.

For Men: apply 2 pumps to a soft tissue area of the body once or twice daily. For maximum absorption, always rotate application sites. Apply cream am and pm, without
any cycle or breaks.

Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. Please consult your doctor before using If you have any serious medical conditions. 

Shelf Life: 12 months when stored in a cool/dry place.
